Important Notes
1.1 Data Backup
- Please keep multiple copies of your critical data. USB drives are portable storage devices suitable for file transfer and temporary storage, and are not recommended as the sole storage medium for important data.
- If hardware quality issues occur, after‑sales service generally handles only the physical hardware. Unless explicitly stated, data‑recovery services are not included, and no liability is assumed for indirect losses caused by data loss. Subject to the official after‑sales policy.
1.2 Heat Generation
Heat generation is normal for storage devices during operation. While transferring data, internal main controllers, flash memory chips and circuits will produce heat.
Factors affecting heat generation:
- Continuous read‑write duration
- Volume of file transfers
- Interface speed
- Housing material
- Ambient temperature
- Device power supply conditions
- Mild heating will not affect normal use. Stop usage and test on another device if you encounter overheating, disconnection, failure to recognize the drive, or interrupted file copying.
1.3 Storage Environment
Avoid these environments:
- High temperature
- Humidity
- Strong magnetic fields
- Severe vibration
- Prolonged direct sunlight
- Liquid exposure
- Forceful squeezing or bending
- Unplug the USB drive and store it properly when it will remain unused for long periods.
1.4 Operating Habits
Do not directly unplug the USB drive under the following circumstances:
- During file copying
- During file deletion
- While formatting
- While videos, music or images are playing
- While the system is scanning or repairing the USB drive
- While the device is writing cached data
1.5 Physical Protection
- Do not disassemble, forcibly bend, strike, submerge in liquid or modify this product. Man‑made damage may void standard warranty coverage.
Troubleshooting: USB Drive Not Detected on Computer
